Protect gates, walls, driveways and property perimeters with the Securi-Prod BD123 Dual-Beam Active Infrared Detector. The BD123 uses two synchronised infrared digital pulse beams and only generates an alarm when both beams are interrupted simultaneously, helping reduce unwanted activations. It provides an outdoor detection range of up to 60 metres and is designed for wired perimeter-security installations. A built-in LCD voltmeter and LED indicators assist with accurate beam alignment and walk testing. The detector also incorporates a Fresnel lens, fuzzy-logic interference rejection and Automatic Gain Control to compensate for gradual signal changes caused by weather conditions. With its IP66 weather-resistant housing and supplied pole/wall mounting hardware, the BD123 is suitable for demanding outdoor security applications.
